I am working for a an IT consulting company. I am a Principal Consultant. I am currently collecting market intelligence on RPA. There is one piece for which I am not getting the correct info. My company wants to provide RPA solutions to its clients. We need to know how to go about providing this service. What do we need in terms of an RPA team? What role do our consultants play in advising on and automating business processes for our clients? Does my company need to get a license from an RPA company to practice RPA? Do we need to partner with an RPA company. Basically how do we include RPA as a service provided by us. Looking forward to receiving your answer as soon as possible. Thank you

Robotic automation, the company can deploy virtual workers who mimic human workers. In case of a change in process, a change in few lines of software code is always faster and cheaper than retraining hundreds of employees.
